Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m Sean —a chef occasionally moonlighting as a dj, and a dad to two kiddos. I’m obsessed with experimenting in the kitchen, collecting rare vinyl, Japanese culture, traveling to eat, photography, folk art, cookbooks, and psychology. I’m excited to build a real community online, and these days traditional social media makes that difficult. A community of behind a paywall allows for more vulnerability, openness, and meaningful connection that has been long gone on other platforms.
There will be the occasional free public post. For paid subscribers, a newsletter will land in your inbox each week, bringing you a mix of…well, everything! In addition to recipes and videos, this is also a place to share deep dives into my latest obsessions and discoveries, cooking techniques and kitchen secrets, links to great articles, podcast episodes, book and music recommendations, restaurant recommendations and travel itineraries, and new projects I’m working on. I plan to have interesting guests dropping by to film, and monthly live community chats and Q&A’s with paid subscribers. To sum it up, my insatiable curiosity will drive most of the content here.
